The book intends to bring together the experience of organizations unfolding the potential of digital technologies, rethinking their business models for the digital age, and transforming themselves. The book’s focus is neither on academic case studies nor on offerings from consulting companies. Its intention is to share first-hand experience organizations have made with digitalization. That said, both academic institutions and consulting companies may well be involved in case reports, but cases must be developed from the perspective of the organization in focus.

We invite industry cases from a wide range of topics. We welcome contributions related to any industry as well as related to business-to-consumer and business-to-business domains. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

    • Demonstration of how organizations successfully transformed to a digital enterprise
