Nils Urbach is Professor of Information Systems and Strategic IT Management at University of Bayreuth, Germany, as well as Deputy Director of the Project Group Business and Information Systems Engineering of Fraunhofer FIT. Nils has been working in the fields of strategic information management and collaborative information systems for several years. In his current research, he focuses on digital transformation, smart devices, and blockchain, among others. Maximilian Röglinger is Professor of Information Systems and Value-based Business Process Management at the University of Bayreuth, Germany, as well as Deputy Director of the Project Group Business and Information Systems Engineering of Fraunhofer FIT. Maximilian has been working in the fields of business process management and customer relationship management for many years. His current research centers around digitalization and digital technologies, particularly the Internet of Things, and organizational setups for modern IT departments.
